The "8.oz Signature Burger', as well as the "Melrose", are made using only humane raised, hormone-free Black Angus sirloin, short rib and chuck.
The Meat is ground in-house then aged in a Himalayan salt-tiled meat locker before grilling on live oak.
Grass-fed Estancia beef, free-range turkey and homemade veggie burgers may be customized with the many seasonal extras, sauches and sides.
House-cured bacon, homemade pickles, and heirloom tomato ketchupp are just a few of the many toppings created in our kitchen.
The Bar
The full liquor bar consists of a contemporary classic selection of premium and value liquors. $5 well cocktails all day every day- open to close... Svedka, Hornitos 100% Agave Tequila, Fleur de Canya Rum, and Captain Morgan Spiced Rum and Gordon's Gin.
Our House Cocktails represent the best of the New York speak-easy style cocktails. The list is a combination of east and west coast cocktail development by mixologists' Christine Pelozzi & Ryan Wingo (West Coast) and Paul Sevigny & Eric Fried (East Coast). 8oz created a unique list of house cocktails learning from some of the classics and creating some totally new and different drinks. Drinks like the Thai Gimlet, using basil, jalapeno, Canton ginger liqueur, and fresh lime juice and the Elder Lady, using Plymoth gin, St Germaine elder flower liqueur, lemon juice and orange zest have become instant classics.

Draft Micro Brew Beers
We specialize in small batch craft micro beer mostly brewed in the United States. The beers we serve are the top of the line micro brews in the country representing every category of beer from milk stout to triple IPA to dry hoped ale to crisp yellow pilsner. The draft beer selection at 8oz is one of the most dynamic and interesting on the beach. We have 12 including beers from Chimay, Rogue, Dogfish Head, Victory, Left Hand, Brooklyn Brewery, Stone, Shipyard, Seadog, and a seasonal tap. We also offer flights of beer.
Mixed Beer Cocktails
8oz owner Eric Fried created a list of blended beer cocktails that combine the draft beer list with various tequila, liqueur, and cordials to create a totally new type of cocktail. The Blended Beer Cocktail list has gotten attention from all over the country as an innovative and creative combination of beer and mixology. Beer Cocktails like the Honeysuckle Rose which combined the herbal fragrance of rosemary with bluehead reposada tequila and hazed & infused dry hopped ale has gotten a lot of attention. And one of my favorites The Mixed Berry Beer Float- takes Seadog Bluberry Wheat Ale, Grand Marnier, Fresh Rasberry, Fresh Blueberry and Vanilla Ice Cream to another level!
Bottle Micro Brew
In addition to the house cocktails, tequila flights, blended beers and draft beer- 8oz carries over 75 different types of packaged microbrew beer. From 22oz craft bombers to the Dogfish Head 120- 8oz has all its bases covered when it comes to bottled beer.
